Bharati plays a powerful role in the formulation of strategies and policies bringing a unique blend of creative passion and fiduciary diligence to every project. She possesses significant knowledge and background of all facets of the industry domestically and internationally.
She is responsible for developing and implementing RH's strategic initiatives and for management of all facets of RH's operations. Her has extensive experience in asset and portfolio management, acquisitions and dispositions, and operations. Her experience includes all institutional property types, including hotels, office, industrial, residential and retail.
In this capacity, she plays a key role in creating and implementing investment strategies on behalf of clients.
Bharati works with clients at a strategic level to co-create alternative futures for their businesses through the design and delivery of world-class sustainability programmes. She works with organisations to ensure they are agile in their adaptation and able to reflex and respond to market, financial and resource conditions.
