Mr. Lunia completed his Post-Graduate Program in Management(PGPM), Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India in 2008 with Dual Major in Analytical Finance & Strategic Marketing and Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI), Ahmedabad, India in 2003.
Currently managing portfolio of 14 large Indian and multinational corporate & specializes in Corporate Debt Advisory and has worked on multiple projects with teams of Trading, Credit, Risk, and Legal & Compliance with deep understanding on evaluating credit needs of the medium sized corporate and delivering financial solutions for them in the areas of Working Capital, Export finance & Foreign Exchange requirements.
He has years of experience in counselling and assisting clients with international corporate strategy, structuring strategic alliances, cross border transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestments and has travelled extensively, assisting clients with complex transactions & international issues.
He specializes in the areas of international projects, financial services, and corporate strategy & brings extensive public- and private-sector expertise in treasury/capital markets, financial derivatives and risk management products, offshore project development, private equity, project and structured finance, and investment funds.
